Growth

Growth isn't one thing.

For most small businesses it comes down to four problems — and they don't cost the same to fix. Work out which one you actually have before you spend a dollar on any of them.

01 / INVISIBLE

Nobody can find you

No site, an old one, or a Google listing with the wrong hours. People are searching for what you do and landing on a competitor.

02 / LEAKING

You're losing the ones you already get

The calls come in and go to voicemail. The form fills sit for two days. The lead was already yours and you paid nothing to get it.

  • call_textback
  • speed_to_lead
03 / EMPTY

Not enough coming in

Genuinely too few people know you exist. This is the expensive one, which is why it's worth ruling out the other three first.

04 / LOSING

You're losing work you already bid

The invitations come in and you delete them, because pricing a job properly takes a Saturday you don't have.

Most people guess wrong about which one they have

Owners almost always assume it's #3 and ask for more leads. More often it's #2 — the leads are already arriving and quietly leaking out through a phone nobody can answer on a jobsite. Plugging that is cheaper, faster and more certain than buying new traffic, so we look there first.

That's why the calculator exists

Before you buy anything, put your real numbers into the missed-call calculator on the home page. If the figure is big, fix #2 first. If it's small, you've ruled it out and we move on to the next one.

Reaching new people

Signal Lists

When you genuinely do need more at the top of the funnel, this is our answer — and it's the most unusual thing we do. Tell us who you need to reach; we find the public records that identify them.

01

Sourced, not bought from a broker

Every row came from a government office that published it, and the record reference travels with the row. You can verify any lead yourself.

02

Ranked by stacked signals

A record flagged by two or three separate offices ranks above one with a single flag. Those are the rows worth working first.

03

Exclusive by territory

We sell a territory once. Your competitors aren't calling the same list — which is the entire reason broker lists stop working.

What we can build

Different businesses need different lists

Public records identify a lot more than distressed property.

Newly licensed businesses

Companies that just registered or got licensed — and mostly don't have a website, a Google listing, or a phone system yet. They need everything, and nobody has called them.

// buyers: web designers, agencies, insurance, bookkeepers, suppliers

Builtstate license boards

Building permits

Property owners who just pulled a permit are actively spending money on work right now, and the permit says exactly what kind.

// buyers: trades, suppliers, remodelers, landscapers, solar

Availablecity & county permit offices

Distressed property

Foreclosure notices, tax delinquency, code violations, vacancy registrations and probate filings — stacked so properties carrying several signals rank first.

// buyers: investors, wholesalers, agents · see the live sample

Builtcounty record offices

Code violations & inspections

Properties and businesses cited for something that has to be fixed, with a deadline attached.

// buyers: contractors, remediation, compliance services

Availablemunicipal enforcement

Something else

If a government office publishes it, we can usually build a list from it. Tell us who your best customer is and we'll go find out what data identifies them — before you pay anything.

List pricing

By territory, not by row

Phone numbers are included in every plan. We don't nickel-and-dime the thing that makes a list usable.

Category

One signal type in one territory. A good way to test a market before committing to it.

// top 500 rows with phone numbers

$99/moshared

Shared territory

The full stacked list for a territory, shared with a small number of other buyers. Corroborated rows first.

// top 1,000 rows with phone numbers

$199–299/molimited buyers

Exclusive territory

The territory is yours. Nobody else gets the list while you hold it, and you get the whole file — not just the top rows.

// top 2,500 with phones · whole list included · 5% off 3-month terms, 10% off 6-month

$500–1,150/moone buyer per territory
We check before we quote

Not every area publishes usable data, and we won't pretend otherwise. We look at what your market actually publishes first — and if there's nothing worth selling you, we say so.

What we won't claim

We don't publish conversion rates. Industry sources say stacked-signal lists beat single-list pulls by a wide margin, but every one of those sources sells something. We'll show you the data and let you judge it.

What's withheld in samples

The public sample masks owner names, street names and parcel numbers. The data is public record, but these are real people — we're not republishing their details on a marketing page.

You get the sources

Every row carries the office it came from. If a lead looks wrong you can check it against the county yourself, which is not something a broker list lets you do.

Which of the four is yours?

Tell us what's happening and we'll tell you which problem you actually have — including when it's the cheap one to fix.
